David airport has recently become international with flights arriving the same day from the US via Costa Rica. Previously,
it was necessary to fly to Panama City and overnight before catching a flight to David. With more international travelers
coming into David, property prices will start to skyrocket soon.
David has all the Panamanian and North American amenities you could imagine. It is now becoming more metropolitan every
month with new construction of hotels, restaurants, and plazas. Grocery and general shopping is excellent and clean...up
to North American or European standards. Yet food prices are about 1/5 the cost. Life is wonderful, and a lot less stressful
when things cost a lot less ! And medical care is also excellent and inexpensive here !
